Train4sure Frequently Asked Questions

Version & Update

1. Can I be sure that I have the latest version of my Train4sure Product?

Yes, you can be sure that your Train4sure product is the latest, at all times. To answer this question in more detail, let us tell you how the update process works. All Train4sure products get updated regularly. As soon as we have verified the change on certification exams we update the exams on our servers.

Your Train4sure Interactive Testing Engine has an "Auto-Update" feature. Therefore, when we update an exam, your software syncs with our server, and you get the latest certification exam questions and answers.Remember that Testing Engine will auto update your product if you have installed it using the Recommended Online Activation Mode. Alternatively, you can Login to your Train4sure Member's Area and download the the latest product manually. Last but not least, you need to have stable Internet connection for the updates to take place.

2. How often do you update the learning materials?

The frequency of updates fully depends on how often the changes take place. Consequently, there's no fixed schedule of exam updates. We constantly monitor exams and certification exam blue prints, and have a stable network of insider sourcer to ensure that we update all products as close to real time as possible.

3. Are the updates free?

Yes, the updates are free for 90 days after your purchase, or as long as your product is valid.

4. How do I know that there has been an update?

Sometimes you may not even notice that there's been an update. If your Testing Engine is set to auto-updates, you might notice new questions in the exam.

5. There has been an update but when I download I still got the old version. What should I do?

Sometimes this may happen if the old version is cached on your computer. To solve this problem, remove all Train4sure software copies from your computer, then restart the computer and clear the local web cache. After this, proceed to downloading your exam.

6. Why is there fewer questions in my exam? There were more of them earlier.

Don't worry as it simply means that outdated/irrelevant questions have been removed to save your time and effort.
